The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy hasdeclared an Air Quality Advisory for Sunday, June 16th for elevatedlevels of ozone in Southeast Michigan. Pollutants within those areasare expected to be in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range.The action day is in effect for the following Michigan counties...St. Clair...Livingston...Oakland...Macomb...Washtenaw...Wayne andMonroe.It is recommended that, when possible, you avoid strenuous outdooractivities, especially those with respiratory diseases such asasthma. People and businesses are urged to avoid activities whichcan lead to ozone formation.
