Strong wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be possible as we movethrough the remainder of the afternoon hours outside ofthunderstorm activity. These are gradient wind gusts and are notassociated with thunderstorm activity. These winds could causelarge limbs to snap that could result in isolated power outages.These winds will mostly likely be felt across Southeast Oklahoma,Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas and portions of NorthwestLouisiana.
