Field reporter locked out of his car during live hits
Sunday, March 8, 2015, 6:28 PM - An American reporter was forced to improvise after locking himself out of his car.
Scott Broom was reporting on weather conditions in Washington when he realized he couldn't get into the car.
The key was left in the ignition, and Broom was forced to talked to the studio from outside his car, through the window.

Light snow was falling at the time as Thursday was the last day a system was affecting the area, before moving out. The city has been sunny since and is expected to reach temperatures as high as 16C by Tuesday.
The event was covered by multiple stations in the U.S. and was even featured on Inside Edition.
