* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mphwith gusts up to 60 mph. For the Heat Advisory, high temperaturesin the upper 80s to mid 90s, warmest in the foothills.* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and Santa YnezMountains Western Range.* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM PDT Tuesday. For theHeat Advisory, until 8 PM PDT this evening.* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especiallyfor drivers of high profile vehicles. High temperatures may causeheat illnesses, including heat stroke.
