Water over roadways.Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows areelevated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 409 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches ofrain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
