Agricultural and lowland flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Roadnorthwest of Vinton.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.6 feet and rising.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate this afternoon to a crest of 15.3 feet just aftermidnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage latetomorrow morning.- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
