...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...Cedar River at Vinton affecting Benton County.Cedar River AT Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County..Heavy rain in the upper part of the Cedar River will lead to someflooding at the following sites.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Cedar River at Palo Blairs Ferry Rd.* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to late Sunday morning.* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Chain Bridge Road accessing the boat rampis closed.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageThursday afternoon to a crest of 13.8 feet Friday evening. Itwill then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
