...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...Illinois...Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, DesMoines and Henderson Counties.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, Water is over the bank south of theBurlington auditorium. Water also reaches the base of Old FortMadison.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.4 feet.- Recent Activity...The river continues to rise.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 18.6 feetWednesday, July 03. Additional rises are possible thereafter.- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
