...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inMinnesota...Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties..Rounds of showers and thunderstorms have produced 1-3" of rain overthe area, leading to rising river levels. Additional chances forheavy rain are expected this week.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding isforecast.* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Fleischer Rd flooded in North Redwood;storm sewers closed off and bypass pumping begins.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 800 PM CDT Monday, the stage was 22.3 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 800 PM CDT Monday was 22.3 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6feet Wednesday morning.- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of23.6 feet on 04/08/2019.
