* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected.* WHERE...All south and east facing open shorelines of southeastLouisiana and Mississippi.* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Wednesday. Impacts will occur around thetime of high tide, which should occur between approximately 7 AMand 1 PM along the open coast.* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with onlyisolated road closures expected. Wednesday morning water couldcover several roads in the Shoreline Park area around Bay St.Louis, and could also encroach on low sections of Hwy 1between Port Fourchon and Grand Isle.
