* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the followingcounties, Fulton OH and Henry.* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or isimminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1230 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches ofrain have fallen in the last hour.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
