* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the followingcounties, Lucas and Wood.* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 148 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding fromheavy rainfall along Ohio State Route 65 east of GrandRapids. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area.
