At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm overCanadohta Lake, or 20 miles northeast of Meadville, moving east at 15mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow aroundunsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation ispossible.Locations impacted include...Corry, Union City, Canadohta Lake, Lincolnville, Riceville,Spartansburg, and Elgin.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of northwest Pennsylvania, including thefollowing counties, Crawford and Erie.* WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 204 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain hasfallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expectedover the area. At 153 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Albion, or 7miles southeast of Conneaut, moving east at 20 mph.HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect haildamage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expectdamage to trees and power lines.Locations impacted include...Conneaut, Edinboro, Girard, North Kingsville, Albion, Kingsville,Conneautville, Cranesville, Springboro, Platea, McKean, Venango,Edgewood, Plymouth Center, and Kelloggsville.
