With more turtles falling victim to urban threats, the Turtle Troopers are on a mission to ensure turtles stay a part of our city for generations to come.
Urbanization is growing fast across the Greater Toronto Area. Meanwhile, city turtles move at a much slower pace.
Helping these turtles navigate an increasinly modernized world has never been more crucial for the Turtle Troopers - a group dedicated to protecting nests, educating the public, and furthering research by empowering citizen scientists.
