The cherry blossoms in High Park are back! How long will they be around?

The cherry blossoms are back! Find out when the trees are in full bloom below.

The cherry blossoms in Toronto's High Park are in peak bloom this week, with the buds set to be 75 per cent open by April 20.

Thanks to the warmer-than-normal temperatures in early April this year, the bloom has been accelerated, according to blossom enthusiast Steven Joniak. People are encouraged to visit the park and other locations around the city, but they are being asked to be respectful of the blossoms. Some areas, including High Park, are closed to vehicular traffic.
