Whether it's balmy Victoria, frigid Winnipeg, or snowy St. John's, one thing is a certainty: Sooner or later, you're going to have to shovel.
That's an inescapable fact of life in Canada, but though it's a truly pan-Canadian shared experience, do we all do it the same way? Or is there some room for improvisation?
The Weather Network's Atlantic Canada reporter, Nathan Coleman, no stranger to the hefty task, decided to check in on social media to see about people's different shovelling methods.
Aside from some good-natured snark – just hibernating and waiting for it all to melt in a few months may not work for a lot of people – Nathan was surprised to discover some people had developed a few creative methods.
