An area of slow moving thunderstorms located near Pelee Island continues to bring rain, at times heavy, this afternoon. Rainfall amounts could exceed 50 mm.

Thunderstorms are expected to diminish by this evening.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Heavy rainfall in combination with other weather factors, such as hail, wind and lightning will make outdoor activities unsafe.
