12 signs spring is right around the corner

Thursday, March 24, 2016, 12:10 PM - It might not feel like it, but spring has (technically) arrived.
That means it will soon be time to pack away your winter coats and head outdoors, although you may want to keep your gear handy for just a little while longer.
Spring-like temperatures invaded parts of the country earlier this month, and that was enough to get some plants blooming in parts of the country, but a recent series of storms and cold weather in eastern Canada and parts of the Prairies may put an end to that.
At any rate, in honour of our 2016 Spring Forecast, unveiled February 29, 2016, here are 12 sings that spring is right around the corner.
12. Flowers start to bloom
