Tuesday, July 12, 2016, 3:39 PM - All signs are pointing towards another hot and dry week in southern Ontario -- on par with a trend that's been plaguing the region since early April.
We asked some of our readers to send us photos of what the prolonged, hot conditions are doing to their lawns.

Temperatures are expected to soar once again this week, feeling like 40 some places with the humidex factored in.
"In the case of this week in southern Ontario, confidence is already fairly high that a strong ridge in the jet stream will be gradually building over Ontario and Quebec, which should allow temperatures to easily attain or even surpass the 30˚C mark for the majority of the work week," writes Weather Network meteorologist Brett Soderholm.
"Under this ridge in the jet stream, an area of high pressure at the surface will help funnel in warm air from the United States. In addition to a temperature boost, this area of high pressure will also lead to mostly sunny skies and a relatively stable atmosphere. However, localized thunderstorms are still a possibility, particularly toward the middle-to-end of next week."
