Moscow snowstorm delays more than 150 flights
Thursday, December 25, 2014, 12:37 PM - Snow brought Moscow to a standstill.
More than 100 flights had to be delayed or cancelled from the city's three airports but none had to be closed down.
The snowstorm began Thursday morning and covered the city in 10 centimetres in the span of one day.
Tonight #Moscow was lucky to have one of the most beautiful evenings in 2014. Snowstorm magic all around.

According to the Associated Press, traffic congestion in Moscow reached a record-high—the busiest it was all years.
Several cabinet ministers were stuck in traffic and were late or unable to attend the last meeting of the year.
The disruption in the city was unusual, as even with snowstorms, Moscow carries on with business as usual.
