Weekend northern lights: Your best photos
Digital Reporter
Monday, March 2, 2015, 11:25 AM - The northern lights were out in full force over the weekend, and so widespread they could be seen all over almost the entire western provinces, along with northern Ontario and Quebec at the peak.
Unfortunately, if you missed them last night, you may be out of luck.
According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the auroras will only really be visible over the more sparsely populated northern Prairies and B.C., with a few glimpses possible in the extreme north of Quebec and Ontario.
