Friday, February 20, 2015, 2:01 PM - The police department of a winter-weary town in Kentucky has issued a fictional arrest warrant for Disney's 'Frozen' Queen Elsa following a massive snow storm and freezing temperatures.
The Harlan-area Police Department issued the warrant on Facebook. It stated the "suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song ‘Let it Go!’ As you can see by the weather she is very dangerous.”
That was quickly followed up with another message, saying the warrant is fictional but residents should exercise caution when outdoors.
A storm recently dumped 30 cm of snow on Harlan. Frigid temperatures have settled into the region as well, and are expected to remain for several days.
Canadians know a thing or two about the cold -- especially residents of Ontario and Quebec, who have been experiencing bitterly cold temperatures for weeks.
Toronto is on track to experience its coldest February in history. So far, the city hasn't had a single day with temperatures above the freezing mark.
