Wednesday, January 28, 2015, 2:22 PM - A yeti has been spotted roaming Boston's snow-filled streets this week, but residents are being advised to remain calm: Apparently, the yeti is vegan.
The tall figure was first reported Monday evening during the height of the snowstorm that barreled through the region earlier this week.
He (or she) has been covered by several media outlets, and hasn't shied away from the attention.
It has a Twitter account and has nearly 6,000 followers.
"I'm a vegan," the Yeti told Boston Magazine, adding that it's "trying to make as many people smile as possible."

Bostonians don't appear to be letting the heavy snow that's inundated the area damper their spirits -- especially local bartender Chris Laudani.
Laudiani was spotted clearing the snow away from the finish line of the Boston Marathon Tuesday. The spot is considered to be 'sacred' ground for many residents.
