Here's your Tuesday weather brief.
Atlantic Canada
- Maritimes: Seasonal through most of the Maritimes, temperatures warming into Wednesday.
- Newfoundland: A system will effect the Avalon Tuesday, bringing a chance of thunderstorms during the early morning hours.
Ontario & Quebec
- Ontario & Quebec: Hot and humid every day this week. Parts of both provinces will see a chance for showers as a weak trough passes through mid-week. Chance of thunderstorms in northeastern Ontario Tuesday, some afternoon storms possible in southern Ontario Wednesday afternoon.
Western Canada
- Prairies: Cooling is forecast in the days ahead for Alberta. Showers are possible west of Calgary Wednesday, including Edmonton.
- B.C.: On-and-off showers are in the forecast until Thursday, when high pressure begins to set in.
