Friday, March 6, 2015, 1:01 PM - A young harbour seal has been returned to the water after it was found strolling through downtown Halifax, N.S.

Police on patrol in the Bishop's Landing section of the waterfront were flagged down Thursday at 12:30 a.m. by a woman who had seen the seal under a parked car.

Officers later found the seal moving through the middle of Lower Water Street. The animal was not injured.
